Key Responsibilities:
Documents and Processes
- Request, process, and analyze documents
- Prepare attachments for visa petitions
Content and Research
- Write recomendations and sections of petitions
- Translate documents (English/Russian)
- Conduct research
Client Work
- Monitor deadlines and provide weekly updates
- Participate in client calls, prepare summaries
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1+ level)
- Eager to learn and grow, with lots of energy and a positive vibe
- Excellent at writing, able to structure information, identify and articulate key insights
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Creative thinker and quick learner
- Great if you’re familiar with tools like Notion, Slack, and Monday
