Case Manager
A Talent Visa case isn’t just paperwork — it’s a turning point in someone’s life. And your role as Case Manager is to guide them through it like a strategist, a researcher, and a storyteller, all in one.
Each client brings a universe of experience — from scaling startups in climate tech to leading teams in gaming or AI. Your job is to understand that world, decode their professional language, and translate it into a compelling narrative that fits U.S. immigration standards.
Sometimes, it means working on a business plan from scratch. Other times, it’s about digging into overlooked details in their journey and surfacing what makes them extraordinary.
You’ll work with founders who have built what others only dream about. And in doing so, you’ll sharpen your ability to recognize genius, articulate value, and build a case that turns ambition into access — to the U.S., and to the future they’ve been working toward.
